Description
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for daily, administrative tasks related to and involving the proper and efficient operation of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Answering and routing of phone traffic within the clinic.
- Scheduling of patients for medical testing and treatment services.
- General data entry and uploading of documents, ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
- Collection of patient paperwork and payments at time of appointments.
- Assisting in the preparation of patient equipment.
- General administrative duties when necessary.
