Description

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for competitvely and independently working with patients to successfully schedule for multiple service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional patient experience (#1 RESPONSIBILITY)
• Successfully scheduling patient appointments to meet weekly individual and team goals.
• Answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic.
• General data entry and review - ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
• Collection of patient paperwork and payments at time of service.
• Assisting in the preparation of patient equipment as needed.
• General administrative duties when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
