Owego Chiropractic is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Owego, NY

Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Requirements
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus, such as scheduling appointments and handling medical records
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective file management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with colleagues and clients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented approach

Schedule

-This is a Monday-Friday position. Your shift would start at 7am Monday-Friday with varying end times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
