Summary : A Customer Care Administrator will be responsible for order processing for the Customer Care Team. The primary duties include working hand in hand with the Customer Care Coordinator’s to ensure all orders ship in a timely manner.
T his an on-site role, 5 days at our H.Q. in Waukegan, IL. Duties and Responsibilities : Manage daily order processing for the entire Customer Care team, via waves with in NetSuite Responsible for all manual order requests from sales Manage all expedited requests along with customer in hands dates Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure that all orders are processed and are shipping in a timely manner;
with the ability and comfortability to problem solve if stock issues arise Partner with Customer Care Coordinators on all inventory issues such as back orders or discontinued product Responsible for monitoring stock availability for orders through our order management system, NetSuite Manage discontinued items Manage returns, working closely with returns team on all open RA’s Review of daily / weekly reporting, having attention to detail Front Desk Coverage Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications : Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have critical thinking ability and excellent attention to detail Strong initiative, confidence and the ability to ask questions as needed Develop resilience when communicating with different departments within Overture Detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects Strong organizational skills Capability to maintain composure while working under stressful conditions.
