Description
This position will require you to be located in Cleveland, OH We are in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH.
The Accountant is responsible for daily and other recurring tasks of data entry, communicates with internal and external contacts, and provides general accounting support. As the employee grows in the role, their position would handle employee reimbursements, credit card expenses, customer invoice processing, as well as perform month-end reconciliations and tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Process Employee Business and Travel Expense Reimbursements, including all corporate credit card transactions and reconciliation.
• Reconcile and approve daily customer invoices and credits.
• Perform customer account maintenance and adjustments.
• Provide customer services, answering account questions and fulfilling requests.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information within accounting systems for existing customers.
• Support accounting department with data entry, filing, customer / vendor support, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 0 - 2 years' of related experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and initiative with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks and objectives, meet timelines, and provide updates.
• Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills.
