We are seeking Medical Billing Specialists for our office located in Baltimore, MD. We are seeking motivated and customer service oriented individuals to join our team. Our ideal candidate needs to have excellent communication and time management skills, be well organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you'll be doing -

• Communicate with medical providers to obtain detailed patient account information.
• Be able to resolve any billing and record retrieval issues.
• Data entry: Accurately record account information and save documents into the appropriate client files.
• Maintenance of medical billing, mailing and follow-up.
• Efficiently manage your phone/email correspondence, and maintain consistent, professional, verbal, digital and written communication with clients and Team Members.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect medical office operations by keeping patient information confidential.
• Perform other assigned administrative/billing and records duties, as needed.

What you'll need -

• Be available Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• MUST have excellent communication/phone skills.
• Strong phone, computer and data entry skills are a must. (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe)
• Some experience with electronic billing systems, medical terminology, and medical records is preferred. (Training will also be provided) Just bring energy and a great attitude to the office.
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD - 10 coding systems
• 2 Years of medical office experience is preferred
• Owning a personal vehicle to get to and from the office is important.
• Have a High School Degree or Equivalent.
