We're on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to take the helm, overseeing multiple teams across different departments! If you have a background in team leadership, particularly in logistics and operations management, preferably with military or professional training, then this role is tailored for you. • Competitive starting pay ranging from $23 to $26 per hour.

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm. With occasional Saturday work due to weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain weekly contacts with recruiters, ensure they know our staffing needs.

• Interview potential new operations teammate and ensure they meet our core values.

• Ensure all teammates are trained for their position and up to date on all training.

• Ensure all new hires have been onboarded into all systems and processes.

• Manage safety supplies and employee equipment.

• Order any supplies for operations, stock, and materials for jobs.

• Schedule/plan all work for operations, ensuring optimal efficiency.

• Communicate to customers with any scheduling of work and any deviations from schedules.

• Bill all work on the same day as job completion.

• Help troubleshoot all equipment issues with maintenance.

• Address any employee issues or concerns.

• Manage employee vacation calendars.

• Ensure all equipment is being cleaned and maintained to expectations.

• Complete simple quotes, lawn, and snow

Goals

• Eliminate all routing inefficiencies.

• Ensure all new customers are contacted back the same day.

• Eliminate daily load and unload inefficiencies by setting team lead expectations.

• Set and track operation supplies.

• Train aux. Applicator and ensure they are licensed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing multiple teams in different departments.

• Military or professional training in team leadership preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
