**Summary**: Develop, Implement, Sustain and Lead the standardization of branch operations to improve the customer experience while focusing on cost savings and productivity improvements for Werner Electric Supply.

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.

* 5 years of related experience required.

* Strong leadership skills and proven leadership experience required.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Implement and monitor core support processes, procedures, and performance metrics with an eye always on the prize of delivering the best possible experience for our customers.

* Develop opportunities to offer operational and/or logistical services to customers

* Coordinate activities between the Customer Experience Team and the Branch Operations Team to ensure orders are processed and delivered according to customers realistic expectations.

* Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

* Know and implement Werner quality standards and make improvements when needed.

* Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

* Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Leader to assure that the branches follow the organizations established best practices, policies, and procedures.

* Follow established OSHA guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

* Develop, guide, and monitor the Branch Operations Teams. Monitor workload and make adjustments as needed.

* Other related duties as assigned.
