RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main point of contact for receiving and distributing communication 
  • Handle daily office operations, including answering phones, and handling correspondence via email
  • Assist with onboarding both clients and Direct support Professionals (DSP)
  • Perform various clerical duties, including ensuring that all client and DSPs folders are accurate and up to date, data entry 
  • Hands on with Compliance and ensuring our office always remains compliant with state and agency regulations 
  • Assist the office team with additional tasks as they come up 
  • Help to organize for annual audits
  • Be able to learn all aspects of the business and step in when needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Full time 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday through Friday)
  • In office required (this is not a remote position)
  • Track record for building relationships with staff/clients/ customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in all aspects of Google, Excel, experience with Drop Box, eXPRS, and Wellsky a plus
  • Passion for people and working as team to build the agency and build relationships with the Clients/DSW
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent 
  • Must be detail oriented, have integrity, a positive attitude, dependability, self starter, and adapts to change and driven 
  • Must have a Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a state background check
