Administrative Assistant/Full-Time: Our Lady of the Visitation School is seeking a versatile and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our main office. The successful candidate for this multifaceted role will have a welcoming demeanor with a flexible personality who can adapt to in-person environments-interacting with students, staff, and families in a friendly manner. Responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management systems, and mail merge capabilities. Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills, capable of balancing a budget and financial record keeping. The candidate must be highly organized and maintain close attention to detail in all tasks. Practicing Catholic Required.
