Job Description: The Our Lady of Mount Carmel School community seeks extraordinary Aftercare staff member for the 2023-2024 school year. In this position you will: ● Interact with children in a safe & caring environment ● Support the lead with supervision of children, implementation of activities, and distribution of snack ● Assist in conflict resolution conversations with students ● Assist in ensuring student safety ● Assist children with clean up, empowering them to be independent as is appropriate for their age Qualifications: ● Enjoy working with children ● Growth mindset

Compensation: $18-22/hr, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Hours: 2:45pm-5;30pm, M, T, Th, F; 12:45 pm-5:30 pm W. (Schedule may be flexible) Job Type: Part-time
