Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the outbound sales team to advance our revenue goals across all retail, ecommerce, reseller and distribution channels, as well as corporate, education, and government verticals. The primary focus will be to grow OWC’s revenue and customer success via strategically executed outbound sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of sales management experience. There must be a strong ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical prospects to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must continually be aware of competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends, etc., and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.
We are seeking a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and prioritize in real time. This role requires strong sales-driven, written, and verbal communication, analytical, project management, and team leadership skills.
