Osseo School District is seeking a Data Systems Manager for their Community Education Department. This role is responsible for managing the community education data systems, providing technical support to program users, and supporting overall program system development and reporting. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, training users on software applications, and maintaining the confidentiality of data files. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, execute, and manage registration and program system procedures and timelines to ensure proper operation and program timelines.
• Provide timely technical support to program users, including software updating and inventory management.
• Investigate, research, document, report, and solve problems encountered that affect program data and registration systems.
• Monitor and create data from software or programs, assisting in improving procedures as needed.
• Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of data files.
• Perform other duties of a like or similar nature as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or two years of college or technical school certification required, or eight years of related experience.
• Strong technical background with experience in managing data systems and providing technical support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software applications and systems used in education settings.
• Experience with program development and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
