Data Analyst/C-Shopper

This role is local to Irving, TX.

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic C-Shopper Team as a subject matter expert and Customer Success resource. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Operations, and Finance Users to drive internal adoption of our Customer Insights platform. Your role will involve actively soliciting and producing analytics projects, demonstrating the value of the C-Shopper Customer Insights Portal to both Users and internal Prospects, and providing training and help desk support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct onsite and online user meetings with internal teams
• Engage and deliver training and help desk support to users
• Initiate ongoing interactions with assigned user groups, providing Customer Insights to drive business impact
• Collaborate with other C-Shopper Team members and Circana Team members to become proficient in the C-Shopper Customer Insights platform
• Deliver guidance, case studies, and high-value insights to assigned user groups
• Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with user groups to drive customer-centric sales and marketing strategies
• Drive customer success processes, including onboarding and ongoing support strategies
• Provide ad hoc project analytics and presentations to support external user needs and selected commercial projects
• Help define metrics for measuring program impact, customer satisfaction, product usage, and user group growth/productivity
• Ensure successful implementation and onboarding process for each internal user, working with the partner vendor
• Develop strong partnerships with client user groups and change champions to achieve program objectives and milestones
• Anticipate and remove barriers that hinder project goals and deliverables
• Conduct and report on user group evaluations and feedback
• Communicate effectively with users and team members to drive adoption and success
• Continuously review market and customer trends to improve the user experience and drive operational excellence
• Present weekly implementations, operations, usage, and internal monetization status to the Director of Business Analytics and team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in marketing analytics and business intelligence
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in customer success, user adoption, or training is a plus
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and practices is desirable
• Proficiency in using data visualization and analytics platforms
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
