EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a food production facility, fast paced restaurant etc.
- Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicants own expense
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
