About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Global Ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ecommerce principles, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies. In this role you will play a vital role in optimizing our online sales performance and enhancing our customers' journey. You will work closely with the Digital and Finance teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including Google Analytics, to provide actionable insights that drive business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective tagging strategies to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and key performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor ecommerce performance, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Aggregate insights across platforms, package into presentations and present to senior leadership and Orveon cross-functional teams
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across the ecommerce platform, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, CRM and , to implement data-driven solutions and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain tagging strategies to ensure accurate data collection for tracking user interactions, conversions, and other key events on the website.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce analytics and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with tagging strategies and experience implementing tracking codes for web analytics purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce or digital marketing is a plus.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $64,500-$96,500. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
