The Client Relations Manager supports the business with sales and service activities.

Education and Preferred Experience

• LAH (Life, Accident, and Health Insurance) licensed
• 5 years of benefits experience; including medical, dental, Medicare, and individual market
• AHIP certification preferred (or upon hire)
• NYSOH Exchange certification (or upon hire)
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus

Tasks

• Supporting the business and agents with customer service

• Process enrollments
• Calendar and phone call management
• Coordinate open enrollment in collaboration with other team members
• Other tasks as required

Employment Status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

Compensation levels may vary, in accordance with experience
