Position Overview:
OrthoRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a full time detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is mainly responsible for electronically posting payments and providing periodic Front Office coverage for our clinics in the Flathead Valley.

Key Qualities for success:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Posting payments electronically
• Tracking claims and confident in contacting insurance companies for denied claims
• Use of Excel (and creating basic formulas when needed)
• Answering internal questions related to a patient's insurance, status of claims, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in a similar/related position
