Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated employee to work as a full-time administrative assistant for the property management services/office.

skills required: writing professional emails, answering professional calls, administrative tasks and filing, pack office (excel mostly) and software knowledge, taking directions well, being efficient, professional and responsive.

You will mostly assist the annual rentals property manager in all related tasks, including making payments (vendors, taxes, HOA fees, property insurances), filing, bookkeeping, scheduling appointments, tenant compliance, utilities set up/payment.

You will assist the seasonal rentals property manager by listing rentals, responding to clients inquiries, certificates of registration with the city, etc...

You will assist the office by greeting clients, answering calls, receiving mails, and other office administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
