Origin Bank is Hiring a Treasury Management Officer Near Dallas, TX

Summary: Promotes Sales of Treasury Management products and services in specified markets by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following;

  • Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Treasury Products and Services. Provides support and customer service of Treasury Management products and services for clients when needed.
  • Trains customers on Treasury Management systems as needed.
  • Assists Commercial Relationship Bankers, Business Development Bankers, and Banking Center Managers by offering value-added services to prospects and customers.
  • Trains Bank personnel on Cash Management products and services.
  • Evaluates prospective customer relationships and offers analyses for possible account types, interest potential and fees.
  • Works with Deposit Management Services Committee when needed with the primary goal of driving deposits.
  • Consistently prospects and self-generates leads using various methods, including networking, community interaction and existing client engagement.
  • Actively retains existing clients via constant communication and performing treasury reviews.
  • Cross-sells various banking services and products to all private/commercial customers.
  • Researches concerns/problems that a customer may have with their account and offer a resolution.
  • Assists with research of new Treasury Management products and services as needed
  • Prepares responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferably in a business-related field; minimum five years banking experience or related experience in Treasury Management, Marketing or other sales-related field.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computer applications such as the Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Ability to use basic office machines. Ability to learn bank-specific software such as MPC, IBS, ADP, etc.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
