We are looking for a treasury management officer who wants stability, growth opportunity, and an excellent compensation and benefits package , plus has an outgoing personality that brings enthusiasm and professionalism with a high level of ownership and accountability. The position is focused on the sale of TM solutions to new and existing clients. Partnering with Relationship Managers, this role works with a client base in various market segments to retain and grow existing client base and develop new clients.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 - 6 years' experience in banking or financial services industry, including 3 years' treasury product sales with demonstrated sales success, relationship management experience with strong working relationships with clients and colleagues required.
• Detail oriented with strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Possess sound credit judgment, strong market expertise, and strong technical treasury product knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm; some variation in work hours
