Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for Japanese cuisine will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi preparation techniques, and presentation styles
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle various types of seafood with precision
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred, but not required
