Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our products or services
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services to customers

- Maintain a positive attitude and handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
