Role Description:
Seeking driven sales representatives that are ready to be paid in two weeks, rather than waiting 3-9 months for their paychecks to kick in. Sales minded individuals that understand the value in having a CEO that believes in the sales team and the importance of step by step training and mentorship, want to work for a company that rewards its team in company travel, extremely high end perks (not just for the top sales representatives), and believes in flexibility, so that you can work and live your life with financial independence and a schedule that fits your needs.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
willingness to travel (for work and for fun)
appreciates mentorship and training to grow in field
appreciates company perks and travel
Average per month Commission pay structure as you build your earnings:
Week 2: $4000
Month 2: $4-6000
Month 3: $16-22,000
Month 4-6: $18-31,000 (Silver Level = Company rewarded Tesla)
Month 6-9: $28-41,000
Month 12-15: $33-46,000
additional bonus opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18,000.00 - $46,000.00 per month
