The Oregon State University Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine in Corvallis, Oregon is seeking Veterinary Receptionists that are compassionate, confident, team orientated, flexible, and experienced individuals that demonstrates high customer service standards to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving/discharging patients, coordinate & schedule appointments & procedures, managing a multi-line phone system, act as a liaison for clients and referring veterinarians, have the ability to work with urgency and accuracy during emergent situations, cashiering: collecting deposits/payments, computerized entry of all payments, issue client receipts, balancing a cash drawer, providing excellent customer service, create, assemble, organize, maintain, and retrieve medical records, and as needed processing invoices and answering clients billing questions.
