Orchids America LLC is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Dallas, TX

We are looking for a person who can join our B2B Sales Team - where we sell our products to the Trade.

Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth from existing and new customers.
Drive Sales by attending all company Trade shows that take place in High Point, Atlanta, Dallas & Las Vegas.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the company's bedding and furniture products to communicate their value effectively.
Evaluate the competition and industry trends to help with pricing strategy and launch of new product lines.
Monitor sales data and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

We would prefer someone who is based in Dallas, Texas. But are open to the possibility for the candidate to work be based elsewhere in the US as well.
Candidate should be comfortable with frequent travelling.
Proficient in English. Spanish skills are a plus.
Have Dependable Transportation.
Work experience of 6 or more years.
Applicants should possess a strong understanding of the role of technology in the retail and home furnishings sectors and demonstrate a comprehensive awareness of its current impact on the industry.
