Position Description:

As a part-time Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in furthering Orchid Health’s ongoing mission to provide our rural communities with local, comprehensive, and personalized care by attracting amazing talent who share our passion. You will be responsible for sharing with prospective candidates what makes Orchid Health such a dynamic, transformative, and human-centered place to work. 

Part-Time Recruiter Essential Job Functions:

• Utilize various sourcing methods (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Research, recommend, and implement strategies and sourcing methods and techniques
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with recruiting techniques and best practices.
• Excellent interview and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Google Suite and with applicant tracking systems.

Education and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Please note that although this role is primarily remote, a successful applicant must be located in Oregon and able to travel periodically for some in-person training, events, etc.

Compensation:

• $37 - $41/hour starting depending on experience and skills.
• Approximately 18 hours per week.

• 120 hours of PTO per year starting, annually front loaded, prorated based on working hours.

Work Environment

This job operates remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
