J obdescription of salesteammates :

• Followup on generated leads provided by theoffice.
• Achieve monthlyquotas.
• Perform outbound emails and calls andinbound lead generation and followup.
• Assist inwidening brand recognition through the use of the social media andthe traditional means of advertising.
• Continuethe smooth running of sales process.
• Attendsales training (if necessary).
• Together withthe senior sales staff brainstorm effective and strategic salesmethods.

SalaryandBenefits :

• Averagefirst year income range : $30000 to $50000 (commission and bonuses).Potential to earn $80000 during first year based onperformance.
• Average second year income range : $60000 to $100000.
• Average third year incomerange : $80000 to $150000.
