POSITION SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Manager, Professional Channel - California will serve as an essential part of the Sunstar GUM® Professional channel sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales, National Accounts. This role is responsible for driving business growth in line with both short-term and long-term objectives across a defined geographic area.
The Territory Sales Manager, Professional Channel - California will oversee dealer and customer relationships as part of the national accounts team, ensuring comprehensive market penetration and relationship building at all levels. Teamwork is essential, as this position works in close collaboration with the Strategic Accounts Team to identify, engage with, and sell to group practices, private practices and institutional customers.
A successful Territory Sales Manager, Professional Channel - California will have a demonstrated growth mindset, work with multiple priorities, and manage ambiguity as part of a fast-paced, high-performance team with a bias for action.
