OCI Network Capacity and Planning is currently in need of a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for supporting our hardware ordering and execution program. This role requires a passion for problem-solving, the flexibility to shift with business priorities, and an unrivaled attention to detail. 

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

1. Assist in driving critical server or network rack ordering for various areas of OCI cloud 
2. Work across various service teams to determine feasibility and timelines

Basic Qualifications 

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in program and project management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
• Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, and presentations
• High ownership with a strong bias for action

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
• Ability to think broadly and strategically
• Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
• Maturity, judgment, and negotiation/influence skills
• Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
• Assist in driving a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making
• Highly analytical, able to learn new tools and software quickly
• Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels within an organization
