As a Global Sales Enablement Project Manager within our Strategy & Sales Enablement (SSE) team, you’ll help drive sales globally by managing a mix of go-to-market, business development, and sales readiness projects that require a keen internal customer perspective, often from initiation through delivery.
You’ll plan and coordinate cross-functional efforts across OFD teams to frame and deliver value-enabling go-to-market initiatives targeted to various Lines of Business (LOBs), customers and partners. You will develop project plans and manage delivery through small-team meetings and progress measurement activities that bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget.
Technical literacy with Oracle internal systems is important, as you’ll be using a range of platforms across Web, collaboration tools, email clients, mar-tech and more. Having the basic skills to navigate new platforms and capabilities will be key.
The work will involve some problem solving, with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in your own area and acquiring a higher-level understanding of the role, processes, and procedures is expected.
About YouWe’re seeking an early-career utility player who is curious and driven by the desire to learn and grow, absorbing experiences and asking questions that help OFD continue developing capabilities and achieving objectives. You must be results-oriented and think constantly about what steps we can take to best position our value in resonant ways with our diverse audiences.
You’re the consummate teammate and can diplomatically interact with all kinds of people across a broad range of levels, roles, and cultures. You’re change-agile, someone who takes and gives feedback graciously and always seeks to improve. Execution is your middle name; measurement is a de facto part of how you evaluate your contributions and take accountability for outcomes within your span of control.
