Social Media Content Creator

Oracle Lighting is a dynamic and innovative lighting company in the automotive aftermarket industry. We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing our social media content strategy.

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, and curating engaging content for our various social media platforms. Your role will include shooting, editing, and posting reels, shorts, and other clips that resonate with our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure a seamless integration of visual content with our overall brand message.

What you’ll do:

 Content Creation:• Develop creative and visually appealing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Utilize videography skills to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality reels, shorts, and other video content.

Videography Expertise:• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional-quality video content.
• Edit video footage to create engaging and shareable content using industry-standard software.

Strategy and Planning:• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a social media content strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in social media content creation.

Community Engagement:• Foster community engagement through compelling content that encourages likes, comments, and shares.
• Monitor and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Respond to customer DMs and comments, re-share tags, follow company hashtags, etc

 Brand Consistency:• Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

 Collaboration:• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to gather content ideas and insights.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create impactful video collaborations.

You’ll thrive in this position if you are:• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator with a strong focus on videography and consumer engagement.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various social media platforms.
• Proficient in videography equipment operation and video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current trends in social media, digital marketing, and videography.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deep knowledge of Social Media algorithms and processes to maximize both content exposure and content engagement.
• Measure and prove ROI by setting measurable goals for a new campaign across channels and create reports to track performance.

Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, and videography.
• Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate.
