We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be goal-driven, and be able to work independently.
In this position, you will show off your skills to influence. Whether you are speaking with an existing or a potential customer, you are charged with introducing and educating them on Oracle Lighting products and services that best benefit the customer’s needs. Responsibilities will include generating, nurturing and converting leads through email, phone or in-person conversations. Furthermore, your attention to detail enables you to document your interactions and call activity with each customer in our customer relations management system.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Advocate for the company and its products.
- Create new and expand existing relationships.
- Be responsible for closing deals and processing payments.
- Create your own personal marketing plan.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience).
Commission structure based on sales performance.
