We are looking for Full Desk Recruiter / Account Executive within our direct placement group. You will be responsible for running a full desk, working with both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for direct-hire opportunities using our internal database, job boards, postings, referrals, social media and more
• Contact candidates to assess technical qualifications, compensation needs and career goals
• Build and maintain relationships with a network of senior-level professionals in the energy and construction industries
• Research sales opportunities and bring in new business through cold calls, messaging and marketing initiatives
• Manage the hiring process from both the client and candidate sides of the business, developing trusted relationships
• Expand and maintain a consistent pipeline of clients and candidates

Skills Required

• 5 years of experience in Recruiting and Account Management in the direct placement staffing field.
• Highly effective and confident communication skills
• Superior time management skills with the ability to manage a high call volume
• Proven track record of client development and recruiting success
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
