Description

LOCATION/DEPT: Albuquerque, NM Headquarters 

STATUS: Full Time – Non-Exempt

SUPERVISOR: Inside Sales Manager

 GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an inside sales representative that is an energetic, aggressive self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to quickly achieve sales goals. The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making cold calls of 40 touches per day, working with channel partners, generating interest and cross selling to current customers, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound efforts.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintain leads and opportunities within CRM.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly objectives based on quota plan.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects and existing customers.

Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and Salesforce (or similar) CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize your own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Good time management skills

Experience

  • Two to three years of previous inside sales experience preferred with relevant job experience in the digital manufacturing space.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Office Setting 
  • Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Work remotely or onsite at corporate headquarters
  • When working in a manufacturing, lab, or warehouse location, must wear PPE such as goggles, respirator, etc. in designated areas.
  • Lab/warehouse environment contains metal powders, chemicals, etc.

COMPENSATION

  • Base pay based on experience, plus commission.
