Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to drive revenue growth through warm calling and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
- Market and sell technology solutions to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Will work closely with Field Sales team to target accounts and share leads
- Combination of cold calling and warm leads from field sales partners

Required:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
