- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and treatments
- Take patient vital signs, record medical history, and update patient information
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Administer medications, including injections, as directed by healthcare providers
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Assist with coding and billing processes to ensure accurate documentation and reimbursement
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is highly desirable
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques
- Experience with medication administration and inhalation therapy is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
