OPS Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer Level 1 to work in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Job Description: The Process Engineer (PE) Level 1 will apply process improvement, engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align enterprise level processes and projects. The PE will facilitate project teams with the goal of accomplishing project activities and objectives. The PE will coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices across the different teams by providing group facilitation, interviews, trainings, and knowledge transfer. The PE will act as a key coordinator between multiple projects and teams across the enterprise.Additional Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule process assessments.
- Analyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations to the project manager.
- Assess process improvement progress and report findings.
- Five (5) years’ experience as a PE with three (3) years’ experience in facilitation, training, and process engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education.
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
