OPS Consulting is seeking a HPC System Engineer Level 1 to work in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Job Description: The HPC System Engineer will analyze user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and system architectures to develop system requirements. Additional responsibilities will include:
Job Description: The HPC System Engineer will analyze user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and system architectures to develop system requirements. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Experience with High Performance Computing (HPC) test, to include General Purpose, Commercial, Custom Commercial, and Special Purpose Device HPCs.
- Experience with High Performance Computing networking requirements, architecture design, and implementation system integration.
- Experience with multiple layers of test (i.e., code testing, system test, integration test, systems of systems test) developing the test plan, procedures, reports, briefings, and leading customer oversight, and vendor/industry collaboration.
- Strong collaborative skills in communicating with teams and customers.
- No demonstrated experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
- Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
