Openly is Hiring a Remote Agency Success Manager (Remote, Arizona)

Job Details

Openly is looking for an Agency Success Manager (ASM), dedicated to Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. To be considered for this role, candidates must be residing in the state of Arizona. 

The ASM is responsible for profitable growth, specifically by maximizing sales production and strengthening relationships with new and existing agencies. This critical role operates within the Openly sales organization by collaborating with team members to execute onboarding support and account penetration, enabling rapid adoption of Openly’s product, increasing sales productivity, and maintaining account retention. On a given day, an ASM will:

  • Review emails and plan the day, laying a strategic groundwork.
  • Connect with agency reps via digital and in-person meetings, exploring Openly’s solutions for mutual wins.
  • Collaboratively set ambitious goals, navigating challenges with resilience.
  • Analyze agency data to spotlight successes and strategize improvements, blending analysis with empathy.
  • Log detailed interactions in Salesforce, setting the stage for effective follow-up and strategy.
  • Balance strategy, relationship building, and data insights, facing challenges with determination.
  • Focus on shared successes, making every interaction an opportunity for impactful contributions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing Openly Agent Partners to enhance and maximize sales results
  • Support existing Openly agent partners with developing marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement strategies and goals to increase new business production.
  • Support Business Development Managers with larger agency appointments
  • Manage assigned territory to drive profitable growth and achieve financial goals
  • Review and analyze territory trends to identify, communicate and act on data
  • Collaborate with other functions at Openly to drive industry-leading agent experience for Openly’s agent partners

Requirements

  • 3 years of outstanding sales performance with the ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 2 years of insurance carrier experience 
  • Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or the ability to get one within the first three (3) months of employment
  • Established agency network within Arizona 
  • Travel up to 50% in assigned territory based on the business needs
  • Proven organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
  • Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person
  •  A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM
