Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

Customer Success Manager

  • Assist clients in post-sale onboarding, product utilization, and pursue contract renewal/expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate to drive change management, share solution implementation best practices, and address customer issues to ensure successful transformation
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals in their respective markets, offering educated insights to help them to succeed
  • Advise clients in discovering and integrating 3rd party applications with Azure, including single sign-on configuration, setting up security policies, and deploying Identity
  • Act as the dedicated subject matter expert of Azure, demonstrate knowledge of product portfolio for client utilization
  • Partner with client to understand their strategic and tactical goals to produce new pipeline in existing accounts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year sales of Customer Support, Customer Success or Customer Service
  • Some knowledge of cloud computing technologies, specifically Azure
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese at a C1 level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft AZ900 or SC 900 certifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Experience working with CRM systems and ability to surface sales/process/technical insights from customer conversations.

This role is remote.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

California $49,800 to $104,000

Colorado $49,800 to $89,900

New York - Albany $46,100 to $83,200

New York City $57,600 to $104,000

Washington $53,000 to $95,700
