Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
· Books travel and travel accommodations, including hotels and taxis
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
· Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications accurately and efficiently on the executive’s behalf
· Prepare and edit correspondence, report, presentations
· Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
· Performing data entry and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
· Filling out expense reports and other paperwork on behalf of the executive
· Conducting research and compiling information as needed
· Assisting with office management tasks, including purchasing office supplies and maintaining inventory
· Assisting with document signing using platforms like DocuSign
· Providing general clerical support to the executive team
· Making sure confidential information stays private
· Developing and maintaining productive and effective relationships with customers
· Showing up every day on time with reliability
Executive Assistant Work Schedule is full time Monday – Friday, 8-5.
Executive Assistant Benefits:
· Time off accumulated by hours worked.
· 10 holidays off (7 paid and 3 not paid. In order to be paid for a holiday, employees must work the day before and the day after the paid holiday.)

Executive Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Demonstrates excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
· Has strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
· Experience with project coordination is a plus
· Familiarity with phone systems and handling phone calls professionally
· Understands and responds to Chain of Command instructions, as directed
· Reliably shows up every day on time
Executive Assistant Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
· Construction experience
· Reliability in attendance and performance
Executive Assistant Pay $17.00 per hour worked, $136.00 per day worked, $680.00 per week worked.
