Online Liquidation Auction is hiring!

Customer service experience is required!

• Resolve customer requests, questions, and issues via phone and email
• General questions about: our app, items, or returns
• Use our internal platform and adapt quickly to updates in our technology
• Must be able to problem solve in real time and exercise excellent interpersonal skills

• Professional communication speaking with customers daily
• Communicate our policies and work to keep a good relationship with our customers

• THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, NOT REMOTE!
• This is a part time position
• Various shifts available, includes Monday morning shifts and some Saturdays 9-2pm
• Can expect a minimum of 12-16 hours a week, can discuss flexibility or alternate schedule if neede

Part time starts at $16.00 and will be subject to extended employment and a raise upon a positive review!
