What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Representative ? You’ll be :
- First point of contact to address our customer needs and creates solutions in the best interest of our customers.
- Engages and collaborates with external customers and internal partners to make the company, the supplier of choice.
- Responsibilities include : answering customer calls and emails, order management, and issue resolution
- Provides service to individuals in a face-to-face setting that may include greeting visitors, providing directions, fielding complaints, answering questions, and / or providing information about an organization or service.
- May include some telephone and / or mail (including electronic) interaction.
- May work as part of a team or as an individual. May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes.
