General Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist interacts with all staff members and individuals entering or calling into the main facility. The individual filling this position should be highly organized and have excellent time management skills. This position is a part-time position, Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 2:30pm, $18 per hour.

Principle Duties:

-Answer and direct all incoming calls

-Greet and direct all incoming visitors

-Maintain sign in/out sheets and guest/volunteer labels

-Review, print, and distribute all orders for processing

-Review all picking tickets and invoices for accuracy prior to confirming

-Works with warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation of product distribution

-Maintain guidelines for member agencies during appointments

-Accurately document all products being distributed

-Assist in documenting incoming product and monetary donations

-Create invoices for product delivered

-Submits daily report and invoices for review

-Accept, review, document and process all payments

-Submit daily report of payments received to Finance personnel

-Ensure mail is prepared for pick up and accepts incoming mail

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of front lobby and customer service office

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

-Pervious Customer Service Experience

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-High School Diploma

-Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
