OneWell is Hiring a Human Resources Administrator Near Lancaster, PA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
- Support the performance evaluation process by collecting and organizing feedback from managers
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for HR initiatives
- Collaborate with external vendors for HR-related services such as background checks or
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally
- Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus
