Sales Supervisor
OneTouch Direct is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives, monitoring their performance, and providing coaching and training to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
Monitor individual and team performance, track sales metrics, and report on progress.
Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve the team's performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
