- Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, software within established standards and guidelines
- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
- Works with Network operations staff as appropriate to determine and receive problems received from clients
- Process incoming IT tickets
- May perform other duties as assigned or required
- Required - CompTIA A Certification
- Work onsite.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
