Are you an experienced shipping clerk? Looking for full time work Monday through Friday 8am-430pm?
Our client company is searching for an experienced Shipping Clerk with Order Entry and Invoicing Experience is mandatory!
Duties will include :
Answering phones, emailing, entering orders, and scheduling pickups, Preparing necessary paperwork for transport, Experience in this role is required.
MUST :
- Be experienced with QuickBooks 2-3 years documented on your resume
- Microsoft Office 365 programs, 2-3 years documented experience
- Customer service oriented
- Be professional-you are representing the company
- Be able to pass background check and drug screen requirements
