Position Summary

The primary function of this position is any or all phases of processing sales orders, sell out, and SLA’s while putting customers first. This role also has special functions including international customer service support. This role includes research and customer creation in SAP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and process sales orders in a timely manner according to released work instructions.
  • Provide world-class customer service, response time, and follow through to internal and external customers.
  • Verifying accuracy of complete orders through quality self-checks
  • Ensure orders are entered only if they meet the pricing approval and other policy guidelines.
  • Triage orders for processing.
  • Special functions including international customer service support such as ensuring that international sales orders get entered for products that are registered to the ordering country.
  • Ensure smooth and seamless processing of special promotional offerings and programs
  • Provide customers with timely quotes, order status, and transportation information.
  • Other related administrative duties/projects as directed

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience: 

  • HS Diploma or equivalent 

  • 3 years of experience processing orders

  • 3years’ experience in a customer service-related field

  • 1 year ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Heavy proficiency in word and excel. 

  • Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail is a must. 
  • Previous medical device industry experiences a plus. 
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Demonstrated history of continuous improvement in work processes.

PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS 

  • Associate degree

  • SAP experience

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$18.50 - $25.10 per hour
