Position Summary
The primary function of this position is any or all phases of processing sales orders, sell out, and SLA’s while putting customers first. This role also has special functions including international customer service support. This role includes research and customer creation in SAP.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience:
HS Diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience processing orders
3years’ experience in a customer service-related field
1 year ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Heavy proficiency in word and excel.
PREFERRED REQUIRMENTS
Associate degree
SAP experience

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
